Hi, I’m Mirjana, a current Year 11 student who enjoys trivia, crosswords, and consuming media (lazily). However, in an unprecedented bout of motivation as a Hangzhou student, I took an interest in the mentality of distance running, even contemplating setting foot on the track myself. This resulted in putting pen to paper to write this short story. I was told that this story was believed to be a memoir at one point, so I hope the illusion I’ve created has sustained that credibility. I am without a doubt, definitely, 100%, a long-distance runner. Don’t question it.
