GAILE NG

Hi there! My name is Gaile and I am currently in Year 11, I enjoy art, netball and environmental activism. I am currently a member of Bye Bye Plastic HK, a youth NGO group that advocates for the ban of single-use plastics in Hong Kong. As you can tell from my submission, I also have a growing passion for English. I chose to submit this piece as at the time I was just starting to explore various types of writing and this poem is one of the pieces that I felt proud of.
