Hey there! I’m Amy, a Year 12 student. I’ve always been interested in the written and spoken word since my year in Hangzhou (thanks to Mr. Matheson) because it is through writing that I am able to hone my creative voice and allow my thoughts to spill across a blank sheet of paper. In particular, I love anything when it comes to poetry due to how it can be used as a means of catharsis, being a deeply personal process to weave together one’s thoughts and lived experiences.
